  • Where is the store based?

    Sterling, VA

  • What are your shipping rates?

    Shipping rates are priced based on estimations from the United States Postal Service website.

    Domestic rates within the USA are as follows:

    Small Packages: $4.00 + $0.50 per additional item
    Medium Prints: $6.00 + $0.50 per additional item
    Large Prints: $7.50 + $0.50 per additional item

    *All domestic USPS orders include tracking.
    **Large prints are shipped in a poster tube.

    For international orders, please proceed to the checkout portion of the site to calculate shipping fees.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes! Studio Popo will gladly ship internationally. Prices are based on estimations from the United States Postal Service.

    If you have any concerns about shipping costs to international destinations, please contact the shop PRIOR to making your purchase. I can create a custom price quote based on your location. :3

  • Do you take commissions for custom products?

    I am able to produce custom, digital commissions. I can also have these commissions printed and shipped to you physically for an additional fee based on project specifications. :)

    I am also currently able to produce custom designed buttons. The minimum order size for buttons is 5/per design. Please allow for 2 weeks of design and production time prior to shipping.

  • Does Studio Popo have a physical shop?

    Studio Popo will be attending the Artist Alley at the following conventions:

    Otakon 2014 - Baltimore, MD
    Shikacon 2015 - Bristol, VA
    Tidewater Comicon 2015 - Virginia Beach, VA

  • Where does Studio Popo's revenue go?

    The money earned from Studio Popo is always reinvested into producing new and exciting products for the shop. It also helps cover my expenses when I sells my products at conventions. :D

  • Can I pay by credit card?

    Yes, Studio Popo accepts credit card payments. Card transactions are handled by Storenvy's payment platform, Stripe.

    Please note that your item will not ship until Stripe releases your credit card payment to Studio Popo. This process usually takes two business days.

    For faster service, please pay via PayPal.

    PayPal also changes fewer fees back to the shop, which is good for everyone. :)

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • What is Storenvy?

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
